Big news coming in the world of labels and thermal transfer ribbons: for T-Trade Group a new era begins, with AI, which concerns the entire industrial labeling and traceability sector.

THE PROJECTS In 2024 we completed some important projects: implemented with additional lines the production of thermal transfer ribbons and labels; completed the development of our TT-PSX, patented 5.0 technology that prints directly on the adhesive tape that seals the box and communicates on blockchain; opened the new headquarters of our innovative startup TerraMatrix at the MATT incubator in Macerata; consolidated the Castel d’Emilio (AN) project, a true social aggregation center with a Venetian Bacaro and three holiday homes, which in 2025 will become the hub of ideas and meetings with our Customers, Partners and Suppliers; activated new technologies to improve the quality of the service offered; and much, much more.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE 2025 will be a strategic year for us in many ways, but we are focusing a lot on one in particular: TITTI, our artificial intelligence. It has already allowed us to obtain the SMAU 2024 Innovation Award, for its role in our B2B Labelingweb Platform; now, from the beginning of January it will be launched as a world preview on whatsapp and open to everyone. Here’s what it will do:

• 24/7 Support: TITTI will be available at any time to answer questions and provide immediate assistance;
• personalized responses: thanks to its ability to learn from interactions, TITTI will offer tailor-made responses for specific needs;
• improved efficiency: with TITTI, it will be possible to obtain detailed and precise information in real time, which could for example improve the productivity of the interlocutor.

We trust that TITTI, thanks to the immediate interaction via whatsapp, can become the greatest digital assistant in the field of labeling, traceability, packaging and first-level technical assistance.

We are at the dawn of a new era, in which AI is radically transforming the world. An advanced technology that not only offers faster and more precise answers, but is also changing the way we ask for and find information. We are already excited about the infinite possibilities of consultation that we believe TITTI will be able to offer. In the not too distant future, thanks to TITTI, we will have access to information, sometimes complex, with unprecedented simplicity. And while the questions will become more targeted and sophisticated, the answers will be increasingly personalized and contextualized. This epochal change will allow us to explore new frontiers of knowledge and make more informed and aware decisions.

Once again, T-Trade is a pioneer in terms of technological innovation in its reference market. THE NEW LOOK 2025 will also see a change in our image. On 12/31/24, an era ends: 8 years after its acquisition, the We Care Group is incorporated (merger by incorporation) into Transfer Trade, and the man depicted in the Group’s logo finally crosses the door, marking the step of a new enlightened era. The new image of the logo is focused on the “passage to the new dimension“: the portal remains as a connecting element with the old logo (and therefore with the past history), but placed behind the man, to represent the crossing that has taken place. Now the space is open and flooded with light. It is generated by an immense source of energy, concentrated in a small sphere floating in mid-air: the graphic representation of a know-how with equally immense potential.
