A school for orphaned children in Congo

T-Trade and solidarity: “Culture is the most powerful weapon to sow a soil that over time allows individuals to become better”

A school for orphaned children: Congo, the heart of Central Africa. An area rich in natural resources. An area notoriously at the center of violent clashes. And as always happens, it is the children who pay the most dramatic consequences.

Thanks to the commitment of two men of faith, Don Fabrizio and Don Alain, both from parishes in the province of Ancona, a project has been launched in Congo aimed at guaranteeing education and therefore giving a concrete hope of a better future to 68 children from the San Vincenzo orphanage.

The facility is run by local nuns but, as is easy to imagine, needs help.

T-Trade Group, sensitive to the issue, immediately embraced the project and gave its useful support to open the school and guarantee education for all the children present.

The school was inaugurated a few days ago – says the CEO of T-Trade Group Enrico Friziero – and the 68 children wanted to thank us with a sign made especially for us. A simple gesture, which fills our hearts because we know that it is not easy to pull them out of poverty, but culture is the most powerful weapon to sow a soil that over time allows individuals to become better”.

From T-Trade Group, to all the children of Congo: “Dream and build your future, may culture take you away from violence and poverty. A seed today, for a big plant tomorrow”.
